Job Description
– Build relationships with key employees among customers
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
– Create plans to address customers’ needs
– Advise clients on creating profitable processes
– Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
– Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
Qualifications
– Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries/Marine
– Preferably having 2 Years of relevant working Experience, especially in Shrimp Aquaculture Industry
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Passionate in Technology, especially in IoT (Internet of Things) and Digital Platform
– Proficient in written and speaking English
– Willing to relocated across Indonesia
