Responsibilities :
• Conduct Monthly Payroll Process.
• Maintain accurate record and prepare report
• Coordinate time keeping and payroll system
• Ensure compliance with applicable law and tax obligations
• Oversee process of payroll changes (new hire, termination, raises and system upgrade)
• Manages Salary Survey for company pay structure and benefit plans
• Design Competitive Package that align with Company Strategy Plan
• Develop Dept Budget & Keep Ops with oversee payroll budget
• Manages HRIS
• Liase with auditor , manage payroll tax audit and actuary report
Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree from Accounting, HR or related field from Reputable University
• Proven experience as Payroll and Comben Manager
• Excellent understanding payroll and taxes related to employment
• Familiar with Payroll software and HRIS
• Good in MS Office (Especially Excel)
• Analytical and Good Math Skill
• A keen eye for detail
• Good communication skill in both Bahasa and English (Oral and Written)
